I have I user who recently upgraded from NT Workstation to 2000 Pro. She also upgraded from MS Office 97 to Office 2000. She has some forms that where created in MS Word 97. Some of the fonts in these forms have changed since the upgrade. Where she had bulletes that were small boxes, she now has zeros. Where she had bulletes that looked like eyes, she has letters. How do I restore the original template?
