The impact of E-ticketing in airlines and consumer attitude towards the sam

I am doing research on E-ticketing concept in the UK airline sector. The main goal of my research is to analyse the attitude of the consumers and how they perceive the E-ticekting concept. Do they think E-ticketing is benefecial or in other words simple than traditional ticketing practices.

I am looking forward for all the air travellers who are using e-tickets and would like to request you to discuss whether you find it easier to travel with a paperless ticket or still prefer to travel with paper ticket..
