1. I am using an IBM Thinkpad A31p with Windows XP Professional.
2. I have a Logitech PS/2 MarbleMouse (trackball)
3. The Thinkpad has no PS/2 port.
4. As I have no PS/2 -> USB adapter (and not near where I could purchase one), I am trying to use the mouse via a PS/2 -> Com port adapter. I have activated ‘serial port’ in the BIOS, But there is no response to the mouse from the ThinkPad.
5. What do I have to do to get the mouse to work?
