The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name

Hi all,

Hope everyone is well

I had a call this morning from a client with a problem with outlook. They use exchange 2003.

Security Alert

TICK - The security certificate is from a trusted certifying authority
TICK - The security certificate date is valid
CROSS - The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site

If they click on Yes, Outlook opens as normal.
The same message appears in outlook safe mode
Ran Test E-mail AutoConfiguration - and this failed
Ran Remote Analyzer via this website www.testexchangeconnectivity.com
results below

the error log files show what's the problem.

The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site
The SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks. see above.
