I have some questions regarding the behavior of senior management.
I recently witnessed an outburst from a manager who I thought was really easy to talk to manager who supported the guys that made everything work.
It was said by this manager in a meeting with his peers and underlings that all of our positions are replaceable (his words)Just make it F(*&^%) work!
Now our group has gone into cya mode and nothing will be done without signoff and weeks of paper work.
Personally if the manager in question would have spoken to me in such an aggressive manner I would have quit and went to HR and demanded an investigation and many months of severance
Being an A type personality I probably would start yelling back but aside from dusting off my resume from a job I love what other suggestions are out there???
