The RPC server is unavailable

Hi there,
I have a Forest containing 3 DC in one domain.
One of these DC is at another site.

When I try to replicate DC1 or DC2 with DC3(the external one), I receive this error message.
“The RPC server is unavailable.”

Any help will be appreciated.
