The system cannot log you on (C0000253)

We have an NT 4.O Server with service pack 6 as BDC wich my Partner rebooted this morning and after that all we get when trying to login with any local administration account is the following error: The system cannot log you on (C0000253). Contact your system administrator.

In the loggon box we have options only for username and password, no domains options.
