If I waste another ten minutes of my life on some call center’s IVR system… It’s no wonder people hate these things so much!
Tips:
1) If your system doesn’t understand what I’m saying first time around, it won’t understand the second. or the third.
2) I shouldn’t have to listen to twenty menu options. I just want to pay my phone bill.
3) If the wait time is hugely long for an agent, tell me!
I could go on… All the money goes into agent training and then the automated system is always terrible…
