The iPad is here! [crickets chirping]
This ranks near Y2K as the biggest non-event in a couple of decades.
“Change the computing landscape” as one poster put it. It barely keeps up with yesterdays relics. Basically an oversized iPhone.
But, one thing is clear. The iPad is Apples SOP for releasing multiple versions to maintain revenue streams. All of the missing capabilities and hardware screams that versions 2 and 3 are in the works, like the iPhone before it.
Anyway, the turd has landed and is being swept aside.
