The Ultimate System Administrator SIN

I have a windows 2000 server that I have forgotten the password to. “Groan” I am trying to boot from the bootable floppies that I made but when I start the first disk and it runs through the hardware detection portion and I receive the following error,(Disk I/O error Status = 0000100C NTDETECT failed). I have searched online and on Microsoft’s web site but cannot find an answer.
