I have replaced the mini-card added by IBM to the
I/O board to make it wireless as it had ceased to
function. The replacement card from Taiwan worked
very well for several months and quit. It shows a substantial number of packets sent but none received. I have not changed the WEP password. I
bought a pc-card (Netgear) and downloaded the latest driver. It gives me the same result as the mini-card – no receive packets. This T30 mother board has had heat problems with a memory slot and the built-in mouse – it has a pad which works well.
