Third party client for Exchange 2000

By jkartheek ·
Is there any third party software that can connect to the exchange 2000 server instead of using outlook web access to connect from remote locations?

Thanks in Advance

Assuming your mail server is accessible from the internet or that you are using a VPN/Dial-in you should be able to use the Outlook application or any other MAPI compliant mail software. I can't name any, but I am sure I saw some when I was browsing one day. Try searching on Google. If you have specific requirements let me know and I will try to help you more.

If you turn on the Pop and SMTP on your exchange server you can use any e-mail program you want like Outlook express, netscape has built-in e-mails, lotus notes....... If it is a select few people you can terminal serve into it. Or any program that supports IMAP.
