This novice needs info

I have downloaded IEradicator2001, but I do not know which file to use to open and run it..Need some help, my 22 year-old son coould probabaly give me the answer but I have no doubt he is out.
Which file do I use to open IERADICATOR. If soulrider get s ther first all points to him.
