I’m getting this message fairly regularly on a Win2K (SP2) Server after I try to close a program at the console. Sometimes it’s an MMC module (Manage Computer, SQL Enterprise Mgr) or the ARCserve software.
“This program cannot be closed. If it isbeing debugged, please resume it or close the debugger first.”
When I click OK, nothing happens and the program is still running although not responding.
I have to reboot to clear this up.
