I have a problem of opening my thumb drive. It was bought about 2 months ago and I have been using it. However about 2 weeks ago, when I plucked my thumb drive into a Mac computer, the Mac did not able to read it but prompted me to format my thumb drive.
I was not sure what happened so I tried to pluck it into the Win computer to retrieve my data. However, it asked me to format my thumb drive and I can’t get me data.
Therefore, I need your expertises and help to recover my data and solve the problem.
