“Time, cost, quality” in present ?

How do you think, is the triangle applicable in present days.

Cost /____\ Quality

As you know in present days, when the technology is growing so fast and is so advanced, the most important thing is to be “first on the market”, no one cares about the quality of the products, just need to be first no matter of the cost.
What is your opinion on this problem ?
