I have a powerbook G4 running Mac OS X version 10.20.7. The time on the desktop does not change, although it is keeping the right time.Say i boot up at 09:15, it will display 09:15 for as long as it is switched on.It appears the CMOS is keeping the right time but the display is not changing.Also if i put it to sleep mode it won’t wake up again.The power button has to be pressed a few times to get it to boot up.
This is my first Apple Notebook, i’m used to repairing windows based PC’s and laptops. If there is an Apple expert out there that can help me on this one, i’ll be very greatful.
