    Time in date in Win2K

    Locked

    Hi There.
I would like to give user ability to change time and date without making him/her a member of “Power user” or “Administrator”.
In Windows 2000 if a user is definedas a member of domain without any rights he/she cannot change the system time or even open up a calender. I would like to give user this right without givivng him/her any power user rights.
    Any suggestions Please.
    Thanks in advance.

Use the ‘Local Security Policy’ or GPO and add ‘Users’ to the ‘Change system time’ policy under ‘User Rights Assignment’.
