Time server w/proxy auth. ability

Has anyone run across a decent time server utility that will connect through a proxy server on port 80? The catch is that it must be free. I am working on scripting the whole update process for a few key servers. I just need one machine to have anaccurate time. The net admins refuse to unblock the SNTP port for us. If the utility can push the correct time to other machines, that would be a great bonus! Thanks!
