Time Service Errors

Every 45 minutes I get an Event ID 11 followed by an Event ID in my Event Viewer logs. ID 11 says “The NTP server didn’t respond” and ID 31 says “Attempt to set date prior to 1995 aborted” I can ping my time servers with no problems and the KB was not much help. Any ideas? Thanks.
