sorry, need to know what kind of network.. clients OS, Server OS, do you want to use an external time server? or do you just want it to synch with a single internal server? It isn't that difficult, but there are some specifics to each OS.

On Windows NT network you can do using logon script. create a batch file which include 'net time /domain:domainname \set \Y ' command and place the file on ur PDC 'c:\winnt\system32\repl\import\scripts'.

ie. name of script, how does the script execute automatically, does it have to reside in BDC and Terminal Server, other conditions for script to execute.

NT network

I use the schedule service to sync workstations on local segment of WAN to the PDC. Basically, the net time command with the /set and /yes switches is scheduled to be run several times a week, during non-working hours.

Initially, the NOC hadn't been syncing their PDC to ANY time server(the BDC's weren't sync'ed to the PDC either!). Once I brought this to their attention, all my workstations were synced to the network.

WINAT.EXE in the Resource kit will allow you add this schedule item remotely, IF the schedule service is already running on the remote client.
