Tiny Personal Firewall and XP Logon

After installing Tiny Personal Firewall 2.0 (the lastest version) on Windows XP Professional and rebooting I cannot logon with any users accounts, even Administrator. When trying to logon it shows loading user preferences momemtarily then logs me back off. I am able to logon in Safe Mode. Even after uninstalling Tiny PF in Safe Mode I still cannot logon in Normal Mode. Internet Connection Sharing still works on my home network while the XP box is at the logon screen. I believe the problem has to do something with networking protocols or ICS and XP’s builtin firewall.
