First tip, don't type in all caps

Second tip: you only have one opportunity to make a good first impression.

So when you post a question full of grammatical errors all typed in caps, my first impression of you is not particularly good.

There is no magic knowledge which will make valuable as an IT employee, nor is there any special technique for developing software.

The best advice is to work to present yourself well, both written and in person. The specific skills needed will vary depending on what company is hiring and what they need at the moment.
