Tips for Securing Windows2003 VPN?

by john . Updated 18 years, 3 months ago

I had to implement a VPN connection on my Domain Server for one of the Execs that will be out of the office for awhile. The windows2003 server is the primary AD controller and also hosts our file shares. This makes me a little nervous exposing it to the ‘net like this. I have two NICs, one with an external IP for the VPN and another for our LAN. Anyone have any tips for securing the server against outside attacks?
