Tired of agreeing to the EULA

I installed a new, legitimate, activated copy of Office XP on my computer. Every time I open an office ducument of any kind or Outlook, I have to agree to the EULA again. If I agree and then close and reopen the document (or start a new one), I have to agree to the EULA again.

How do I stop the EULA from recurring?
