TNT2 M64 PCI problem

I installed the TNT2 M64 PCI card into my branded PCs such as Acer,IBM & Fujitsu but unfortunately each time I installed the driver the next time I reboot it just hang on during the login on Win2K and total blackout on Win98.But when the card is inserted into non-brand PC it just work fine.Any advise.I’m using the latest driver downloaded from net and it confirmed I’m using the right dirver.pls advise.
