to have a checklist before printing a document in ms word

how want to have a checklist to check specific fileds in a document before printing the document.

Go into your printer settings..

And make sure that "preview before printing" is marked/ticked. Then when you go to print a box will come up to show what you are about to print.

I always use the print preview function first, often it will show some obvious mistakes and saves me paper. It's also got to double check the printer settings option too, I use 8 and a half by fourteen inch paper and this really messes up things if it's set wrong.
