Token files

by nerdse . Updated 23 years, 3 months ago

I am my office’s resource for PC problems, but I am really a “wannabe” in the learning process, so please pardon if this is in the wrong place.
My boss downloaded a file that she needs to have to do her job, and the site sent her a .tok file. She can save it, and she was able to download and install the file, but she can’t open it without the .tok file, and she can’t open the .tok file. She has right clicked and tried to associate it with the downloaded file but has had no luck.
This is my first encounter with this type of file. Can anyone out there help me?
Thanks – you can email directly to bamyclouse@cs.com if you prefer.
