I’m on the lookout for a tool to represent the dependency relations between ict service components. I want to be able to see what ict services will be affected when some system goes down, and also to see what systems I should investigate when some ict service fails. Anyone seen such a tool anywhere? I’m not after a heavy auto-discovery tool, but essentially a simple generic manual tool to represent relations between objects. Thanks in advance.
