tool & menu bar

a pc in my company have nt4 workstation and office 2000 all office application working will
since two days the word open with out the menu and tool bar
only a white paper apear i reinstall offie but it not solve.
when i log in a diffirent profile it working will i try to modify some value in regedit but the problem still
