Tool Tips, Text Tips, Screen Tips

Is there a tool tip or text tip or screen tip option in word? I want to be able to hover my mouse over some text (that is not in a form field) and have a little tip menu pop up. Is there anyway to do this – w/out coding (or even with coding if that’s the only way)
