I am looking for a vendor package that would be used for ballpark cost estimating of projects. Ideally, the package could handle inputs of technical hours as well as hardware. It needs to be web based, not client server. (I have reviewed Meta Groups Predictive Cost Model, but their web version is only in beta and not going anywhere.)
Does anyone have experience with a product like this or can make a recommendation? Thanks
