Top Printer for Small Business

By badboyee85 ·
Hello All,

I am looking for recommendations on what printer to purchase for my small business. I have the following requirements:

1. At least 25,000 duty cycle
2. Must have 10/100 network access
3. Black/White Laser
4. Heavy duty/Durable
5. Capable of handling single print jobs of up to 500 copies without overheating

Any recommendations would be much appreciated, thanks!

There are Canon printers.
Many others, but it all comes down to price and how much you want to spend.

Also depends on Page Size here

But I tend to recommend Cannon Printers because they have good products and excellent Support when things go wrong. Not to mention that they offer a better cost Per Printed page than most other printers.

Here I'm assuming that you'll be wanting a laser Printer that has fast on times and can print at least 20 pages per minute so a starting point is something like the LBP7200CDN which is a color as they are cheaper per page to print in Black & White than the straight Mono Lasers to one of the Image Class like the MF8350CDM which is also a Color Laser which is cheaper than the comparable Black & White and much cheaper per page to print.

However there are many other and depending on your personal preferences one of those may suit you better. For instance the Kyocera C5200CN may suit your needs better even though it is far more expensive than the comparable Canon.
