Topic for Paper

Hello my name is Gilberto Rodriguez and I am currently taking a class at UTSA. I have to write a research paper pertaining to IT in medicine. I know there is a lot of topics out there but I want to write about something different. If anybody has suggestions please advise me. As long as the topic can cover 10 pages.
