I’ve got a Toshiba Satellite notebook and when I put in my USB flash drive the error message says THE HARDWARE WAS NOT INSTALLED BECAUSE THE WIZARD CANNOT FIND NECESSARY SOFTWARE.
One of the USB ports work with the USB mouse but I noticed that when I tried to load my photos from the Kodak Camera it would not recognize the USB connection either.
I tried to run the drive Agent Scan and it shows that Universal Bus controllers are not installed. Unfornunately i dont have an installaion disk. Any one who can provide me with a web link to download the USB controllers or any other solution to this
