Yesterday I downloaded a bios update for my wife’s Toshiba laptop (satellite M115). This morning the thing will not start up. I hear the fan running, the lights are on but no bootup. Even after shutting it off several times as well as unplugging and taking the battery out…nothing. It would be too coinsidental that the hard drive would go out right after putting in the new bios. It worked after I initially put the bios in and after restarting it a couple of times last night. Any suggestions?
