Toshiba Laptop - freezes window after some time and makes noise

By rhsapkal ·
I purchased Toshiba laptop one week ago.
Since first day, i am facing a problem of window freezing. Window of my laptop freezes after 30- 45 min. This duration varies, sometime freezes after 10-15 min. also.
Any solution to this problem? I scanned my laptop but no virus detected.

Since you only bought it a week ago, I suggest that you backup any data on it and take it back under warrantee.

Toshiba Laptops

This is common for Toshiba. It happens to everyone to who owns one made by that company. The day I got mine, it started freezing up on me. I don't know why. That's just what happens.

I Disagree

by .Martin. In reply to Toshiba Laptops

I completely disagree.
My fathers (old) Toshiba laptop only experienced 2 problems,
1. not working DVD-ROM drive, (but that's because he threw the laptop across his office)
2. it slowed down due to the fact that it had about 1mm of dust built up in it.
I also work in a electronics store and we have NEVER had a laptop returned with this problem.
