Maybe the Windows Audio Service

by Bobaliscious In reply to TOSHIBA LAPTOP SOUND DRIV ...

Check the windows audio service through services.msc, and make sure it's running. You might set it to automatically restart on failure, since it occasionally starts then kicks right back off.

Likely too Late

by IC-IT In reply to Please help me to solve t ...

But the common cause of this is;
First install the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) driver before installing the Realtek driver. The Microsoft UAA driver provides the necessary support for the high definition (HD) audio bus used by the Realtek HD audio CODEC.

Sound

by cool239 In reply to TOSHIBA LAPTOP SOUND DRIV ...

If the drivers are working fine, is this an issue with it not playing on the built in speakers? What happens when you plug in headphones or speakers?

First, install Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver
