I have problem with toshiba satallite, I cant reinstall windows xp sp3 from CD. When all the windows files copied then when it ask to format the disk when I press enter it power off. I have replace the power supply and cleaned inside there were not dust, I checked HDD for error no problems were found. But when I turn it on the hard drive light is off all the time, but when I try to format the disk I see the disk diplay there., but when I press enter to format it power off. I dont know if it is overheathing. but it is not that hot when it is on. I put dell laptop hhd which xp was installed on it, when I put that it reboot after POST test.
