Press f12.

It is offereing you access to the full BIOS setup screens, and also the BIOS Boot screen.

Press f12 to select what you want to boot from. (Do you have an external drive, flash drive, or a CD in the CD drive? BIOS may just be asking you to choose one.)

If i t then boots normally, you're all set. If it keeps asking at every boot, make sure there is no other bootable media attached to the system. Also, you may enter BIOS Setup and set the default boot drive if necessary.

If the system does not boot, tell us what, if any, error message there is.

If setting the BIOS doesn't work

You will need to test the HDD with it's Makers testing Utility.

If it fails the first test you need to remove the HDD fit to another computer and retest. If it still fails the test the HDD is shot and needs replacing but if it passes the second test either the Power Supply, Data Lead to the HDD or the M'Board in the first computer has failed and need replacing.

You can get your HDD makers testing Utility from here

But you may need to pull the HDD out of the system to see who made it first.
