I own a Toshiba Satellite 3000-400 laptop and also a USB Logitech Wheel Mouse. My problem is that the USB port doesn’t recognise every time my mouse. It’s only working occasionnaly eventhought I’ve updated the drivers. I have to shut down mylaptop 2-5 times to get it working once. When it’s not working, in the System pannel, I can notice an exclamation point in a yellow circle on my USB Wheel Mouse device. What can I do to get it fixed ?
