You will have to contact the client, or Toshiba customer support.

We, the members of TechRepublic - A Resource for IT Professionals, will not assist anyone in the recovery/removal of lost passwords. You may have a legitimate reason to recover/remove a password. If you have a legitimate need to circumvent a password scheme, please contact your local computer repair store or the vendor for the software/hardware and request their assistance. E.g. Windows XP password recovery/removal issues should be taken up with Microsoft's technical support, Phoenix BIOS password recovery/removal issues should be taken up with Phoenix Technologies, hard drive password recovery/removal should be taken up with the manufacturer of the hard drive, etc...

I suppose you could always ask your Client for the Password

by HAL 9000 Moderator In reply to Toshiba Satellite L745-S4 ...

But if they didn't set a password on this one is one of the Toshiba NB that has a tendency to set it's own Password and if that is the case you need to take it to a Toshiba Service Agent for them to clear the Password. Unfortunately this is a common Toshiba Issue and just changing a HDD doesn't cause it to happen.

Unfortunately Toshiba doesn't share the fix for this issue with their opposition so they get all of the repair work.
