I recnetly recieved a toshiba laptop that had a broken LCD screen. I cannot identify exactly which model the computer is because the tag is unmarked on the bottom of laptop. I ordered a replacement screen by the number on the original screen. The new screen is for the Toshiba A70 series and A75 series which is what this laptop is. Upon replacing the screen, I cannot get full screen. The right side of the screen is black and the display is smaller than it should be. no information is cut off just scrunched smaller. I have tried new video drivers and tried bios update but nothing helps. Can anyone help…….PLEASE
