Hello,

I've lost the BIOS PASSWORD from a TOSHIBA SPM 30 computer, and I would to know what can I do to make it usefull of late and how much it would cost?

Thank you in advance,

Toshiba have changed the password removal procedure for the new laptops including the Satellite Pro M30.

The good news is that the password can be removed.
The bad news is that you will not be able to do this your self.

Take the laptop and proof of ownership to a Toshiba authorised service centre (there will be a charge for this, and it can take up to 24 hours).

The removal process involves getting a challenge code from the laptop and contacting Toshiba for a response code (Toshiba will only do this for authorised support centres).
