Toshiba spontaneous shutdowns on laptops/notebooks

I am working a difficult problem on a Toshiba Satellite laptop model which isn’t listed as a problem model on the Toshiba website. I flashed the bios to the latest update but the problem still exists. Please help me stop pulling my hair out!
