I am using Windows 2000 on a Toshiba Tecra 8100. I am trying to setup networking in order to connect to a PDC. I’m using a 3com 10 Mbps LAN Card. Windows 2000 detects and installs it fine, however I can’t ping anything or connect to any domain. Windows 2000 seems to think the network cable is disconnected. I have downloaded a hotfix from microsoft as there are issues with the PC card contoller on this laptop, but still no joy. I would apprecaite any ideas on this one, so would my Tecra as it does not feel like a trip out of the window today. Thanks
