i was given a toshiba tecra s10 to either fix and use or sell for parts, i was told it didnt turn on.
I have a universal adapter that when i hook it up to just the motherboard (and power switch board, nothing else) the charge light flashes green, what does this mean? why isnt the tecra turning on?
it seems to flash in a pattern:

short
but thats about all it does. having the battery connected doesnt change anything.
so is the motherboard dead or is the tecra repairable?
is it a cpu related problem?
