1. Invented in 1987 by Larry Wall, it stands for Practical Extraction and Report Language.

2. The Mac designers decided to gain some fame and glory by having their signatures etched in raisedlettering inside the rear part of the Mac casing. Look closely and you will see all 47 Mac team members on the box of the computer.

3. On November 2, 1988, Robert Morris, Jr., a graduate student in Computer Science at Cornell, wrote an experimental, self-replicating, self-propagating program called a worm and injected it into the Internet.

#1 The oyster and it was named thus because the A key on the typewriter was broken.

#2 The original Mac was quickly replaced by the BigMac and inside a BigMac there are 47 grams of secret sauce.

#3 Sen. and Mrs. Albert Gore created the Internet Worm.
