Security Log

I'm not going to go into a huge explaination because I don't think this needs it. Windows Server Security Logs viewable through the Event Viewer should have what you need. With a little VBScript or Powershell scripting you should be able to write a quick script that allows you to put in a name and a date range that pulls the log in\out times of the user.
