    Tracking Time of HD Support Staff

    I have been asked by our new CIO to begin tracking time of our 2nd level HD support technicians. This would be a management and cultural change for my organization.

    Does anyone have any comments, suggestions or tools they have used to track timefor help desk support environments?

    Any negatives or positives about instituting this new management approach?
